The police have detained Abraham Gasparyan, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said in Baghramyan Avenue.
“You told me that if I didn’t have my vestments on, we would take me. Well, then imagine that I am not attired in vestments. If you didn’t have your epaulets, we would take you. And I want to see the swearing police officers on the streets, you cowards. What has Abraham Gasparyan done to you that you detained him? You stole and kidnapped people. I know that Abraham was by my side, but now he is not here. I should ask lawyers to deal with this issue,” the Holy Father said, addressing Police Chief Aram Hovhannisyan.
