Abraham Gasparyan gets concussion

Abraham Gasparyan, who was brutally beaten while being arrested, got concussion and received many soft-tissue injuries.

After leaving the police station, his advocate, Tigran Grigoryan, said that they are going to file a report on crime against the red berets.
