They have shown us neither the decision to confiscate the car nor the decision to evacuate the car by using technical means, i.e., by using special means, nor have they drawn up a protocol, Roman Yeritsyan, the lawyer of Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan, told the press.
“The person in the Representation of Artsakh, who was here at that time, taking into account the circumstances of the investigating officer’s appearance, invited him in, and he was not told that they were going to confiscate the car used by the president through the use of force, that is, by breaking the gates,” Yeritsyan said.
According to him, the investigating officer entered the Artsakh Representation by deception; afterward, learning that the security officer does not have the authority to open the gate and the technical means were not with him, he invited the special police forces and patrol officers, who closed the front door.
“I have already published the footage, where they can be seen entering by breaking the gates and taking the car with the use of special equipment,” the lawyer said.
