The administration of U.S. President Joe Biden plans to invite Armenia and Azerbaijan along with other NATO partners to the alliance’s summit in Washington to participate in partnership events, where they can discuss regional cooperation, as well as efforts to reach a peace treaty. Two sources, aware of the situation, said this to the Azerbaijani media in Washington.
Although it is not entirely clear whether the invitations have already been issued or accepted, officials in Washington believe it will be a “great opportunity” not to be missed.
