“Shortly before, the Investigative Committee said they had submitted a motion to the court to apply “administrative control” as a measure of restraint against Davit Sargsyan, the mayor of Stepanakert. I will further inform you about the date and time of the court hearing,” advocate Ruben Melikyan wrote.
To remind,on July 16, the RA Court of Appeal allowed the appeal submitted by the advocate against the decision to keep the mayor of Stepanakert under house arrest, canceling the illegal judicial act made by Masis Melkonyan and rejecting the investigator’s motion, advocate Roman Yeritsyan said.
