President of the European Council Charles Michel said he has tried to do his best on behalf of the EU to facilitate the direct dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Michel said this during a conversation with journalists within the Fourth European Political Community Summit in Oxford.
“In recent months, Brussels has seen the possibility of direct contact between the two countries,” he added.
