“I tried to approach the new Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the wall, where the Azerbaijani tractor was already working, from the section of the road leading to Acharkut village, but they did not allow me, saying that it is a border zone,” Karen Ghazaryan, a member of the Acharkut Council of Elders, said in an interview with ABC media.
Ghazaryan also showed a video where the wall can be seen, and the Azerbaijanis are working.
