Kamala Harris officially says she will run for US president

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris has officially announced her plans to run for U.S. president as the Democratic candidate.

“I’m Kamala Harris, and I’m running for President of the United States,” she wrote on X.

Harris published a campaign video and called on U.S. citizens to finance her campaign.
