The right to collective return of the people of Artsakh under international protection and guarantees should be put on the agenda of negotiations, Vardan Oskanyan, the former foreign minister of Armenia, said.
The diplomat noted that there will be international support in this regard.
“This issue should be on the agenda; this is one of the most important and urgent issues now,” Oskanyan said.
According to the former foreign minister, the people of Artsakh suffered this fate because of the mistakes of the Armenian Government.
“Let’s not let them continue making their mistakes,” Oskanyan added.
