The presence of European observers inspires confidence in the isolated and vulnerable population of the community, French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies said in an X post, referring to the visit of the EU mission in Armenia (EUMA) to Nerkin Hand, Syunik Province.
“The EU observation mission in Armenia continues its patrols along the contact line with Azerbaijan. The presence of European observers instills confidence in this isolated and vulnerable population. The EU mission is tangible proof that this population has not been forgotten by the world,” the ambassador wrote.
