French ambassador to Armenia: Let’s not forget the right of return of Armenians displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh

French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies referred to the right of return of Artsakh citizens in an X post.

“Let’s not forget about the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh expelled from their land; their right to return was established by the International Court of Justice,” Decottignies wrote.
