Rocket attack threat announced 11 times in Kursk Oblast
A rocket attack threat was announced in Russia’s Kursk Oblast for the 11th time on Friday, Acting Governor Alexey Smirnov said in a Telegram post.
The threat was announced on Friday night at 2:34 a.m. Moscow time. The signal was canceled four minutes later, at 2:38 a.m.
A missile threat was announced ten more times later.
