We have no expectations from the present authorities of Armenia. Our expectation at the moment rests with international organizations, Andranik Chaushyan, the head of Artsakh’s Aghavno settlement, said in a conversation with ABC media.
“There was depopulation, ethnic cleansing and murder in Artsakh. Despite all this, I personally do not despair. The entire Diaspora is also by our side. When talking to our compatriots, I make sure that they are ready to stand by Artsakh. No matter two or five years, we are ready to wait and act so that we can first restore our right to return to Artsakh and then exercise it,” Chaushyan said.
According to him, they will continue to celebrate the day of the Declaration of the Republic of Artsakh. Apart from hoping, they will take action to be able to return to Artsakh.
To remind, an event titled “Rebirth”, dedicated to the day of the declaration of the Republic of Artsakh, was held.
