An informal CIS summit is planned on the eve of the 80th anniversary parade to be held in Moscow, Spokesperson for the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said.
“Many other bilateral meetings are planned at the same time,” Peskov told the reporters.
Moreover, the Kremlin spokesperson noted that they are not going to invite the leaders of unfriendly countries to the parade.
