Azerbaijan and Armenia have already agreed on almost 80% of the text of the peace treaty. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this while speaking at an international forum held in Cernobbio, Italy.
“We will be able to establish peace in the South Caucasus. This is evidenced by the recent events of the negotiation path between Azerbaijan and Armenia, and almost 80% of the text of the peace treaty has already been agreed upon,” Aliyev noted.
