Alen Simonyan said that the issue of the return of captives is not included in the so-called peace treaty. He noted that this issue is included in the tripartite statement of Nov. 9, 2020, under which Russia and Azerbaijan undertook to resolve the issue of the return of captives.
Alen Simonyan noted that in this context, it is important for him to understand whether Russia and Azerbaijan are not going to withdraw their signatures from the November document.
