In an interview to ZDF TV, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that the time has come to discuss how to speed up the end of the armed conflict in Ukraine, RIA Novosti writes.
“I think the time has come when it is necessary to discuss how to move from the current state of war to peace. In any case, the next peace conference will take place,” Scholz said.
