Shoigu sets out terms for resuming negotiations with Ukraine

Russia will not conduct any negotiations with Ukraine as long as its troops are in the territory of the Kursk region, Sergei Shoigu, the secretary of Russia’s Security Council, said in an interview with Russia-24.

“Until we drive them out of our territory, we will not hold any negotiations with them,” Shoigu said.
