Manuk Margaryan, 41, a resident of Nalbandyan village of Armavir Province, went out to the street carrying a weapon. He shot at the police. While neutralizing the armed man, police Captain Hayrapet Stepanyan from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Armavir Division was killed, the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
