The president of Georgia again violates the Constitution by calling for the unification of the For Georgia party, led by former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia and the Strong Georgia coalition, Giorgi Kakhiani, a member of the parliamentary majority, said.
“When the president calls on the parties to do something and expresses his attitude toward a specific party, this is a violation of the norms of the Constitution, implying neutrality from the party’s point of view. The president often violates the norms of the Constitution,” Kakhiani stated.
