In 2025, Azerbaijan plans to allocate 6 billion 658.3 million manats to defense and security expenses, the country’s Ministry of Finance reports.
According to the provided data, it is 6.6% less than the forecast approved for 2024. At the same time, the revenues of the state budget of Azerbaijan in 2025 are estimated at 36 billion, 616 million manats, and the expenses at 39 billion, 667.6 million manats. The budget price of Azerbaijani oil will be 70 dollars in 2025. In this year’s state budget of Azerbaijan, the price of oil was set at 75 dollars.
