French ambassador to Armenia: The right of Artsakh Armenians to return was established by the International Court of Justice

French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies made an X post saying: “One year ago, on Sept. 19, 2023, after a nine-month Azerbaijani blockade, a brutal offensive was launched, leading to the deportation of Armenians. Their right to return was established by the International Court of Justice.”
