The biggest problem I have had since 2018 has been my patriotism: Nikol Pashinyan’s speech with points

– We have frozen our membership in the CSTO not only because it does not fulfill its security obligations toward Armenia, but also because the CSTO creates threats to Armenia’s security, future existence, sovereignty and statehood.

– Exactly two years have passed since our statement. It is now obvious that they will not be given, and as long as those answers do not come and are not convincing, every minute and every second, Armenia moves further away from the CSTO. Armenia has not yet crossed the point of no return, but it is highly probable that it will if this situation persists.

– We have not yet reached a decision regarding Armenia’s participation in the COP-29 conference to be held in Azerbaijan.

– I have accepted the invitation of the Russian president to attend the BRICS summit to be held in Kazan. We have no agenda to integrate with the union.

– Armenia does not say that Azerbaijan should change its constitution, because there is an article in the agreed-upon part of the peace treaty, saying that none of the parties can refer to its domestic legislation, aiming not to fulfill the obligations assumed by this treaty.

– Since 2018, the biggest problem I have had as a prime minister has been my patriotism.
