Armed Israeli soldiers entered the office of Al-Jazeera in the city of Ramallah and ordered that the employees leave the building, the TV channel reports.
According to the military, the decision to close the office for 45 days was made by the court.
Al Jazeera said in a statement that armed and masked soldiers stormed the office and demanded that employees pack up their equipment and leave immediately. The military did not reveal the reasons for the court decision.
To remind, in May, Israel banned Al-Jazeera from operating in its territory. Initially, the ban was also imposed for 45 days, but later it was extended.
The journalists of the TV channel are still unable to report from Israel.
