Getting medicine to hospitals becomes problem in Lebanon

Lebanon is having a hard time delivering medicine and medical supplies to hospitals because the Israeli side is shelling the roads, Joe Sallum, the president of the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon, said.

“There is no problem with drugs. There are difficulties in getting medicine and medical supplies to hospitals and pharmacies in the affected areas, as many roads are now blocked,” Sallum said.

According to him, there is an order in hospitals to use drugs rationally, so that the stock will last as long as possible.
