Lukashenko: Just say that Belarus is ready to do its best for Azerbaijan
Belarus and Azerbaijan are not friends against third-party countries, but act for the interests of the people of both states, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov. “Despite the various upheavals in the international arena, in the relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan, you and my very close friend and brother Ilham Heydarovich should know that there are no closed topics,” Lukashenko noted.
According to him, relations between Minsk and Baku are a good interweaving of interstate and personal relations.
“Tell us what we can do for Azerbaijan and we will do it. It has been like this until now, and it will be like this in the future. I am sure that Azerbaijan will do its best for us,” Lukashenko noted.
