In a Telegram post, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised to finalize the “victory plan” and make it public. According to him, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other high-ranking officials will work out the details related to strategic security points.
Zelenskyy noted that the plan will be issued when Kyiv understands the stance of its partners and assesses its actual capabilities. He informed that now a team in Washington is working on the military-political details of the project.
“It is important that the perspective of the project is understandable for everyone in our country,” Zelenskyy said.
