The leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia do not yet plan to hold a tripartite meeting to resolve the conflict between Baku and Yerevan, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said.
“No, we have not agreed on a tripartite meeting. There was such an idea, but it was not supported by someone,” Ushakov said.
According to Ushakov, Russia was not against this format.
