the run-up to the Yerevan Council of Elders elections scheduled in

According to the citizens, the authorities spare no effort
to retain the office of the Mayor of Yerevan. They are generous with the
national budget expenditure on this process as well. However, the fact that the
quality of the work that has been done is poor is visible to the naked eye.
