Three victims and two missing after the floods in Lori and Tavush. On May 26, as a result of heavy rainfall, the rivers overflowed their banks, causing enormous damages. The heavy rain overnight caused great destruction in Lori and Tavush provinces. The Debed River burst its banks; there is an emergency situation in a number of villages and towns of Lori. In the floods, roads have collapsed, including the highway to Georgia. Bridges have been destroyed; houses have been flooded. Rescue operations are underway; hundreds of people have been evacuated.
