History plus literature equals an essay instead of final exams

The 12th grade final exams will no longer be as they were. The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MoESCS) is planning to change the format of final exams. At the end of the 12th grade, students will write an essay instead of taking Armenian history and literature exams. Essay is a type of scientific work, a freestyle review or a piece of writing on a particular work or writer’s merits.
