To remind, months ago the residents living in Zeytun raised the alarm that a half-built building located 40 meters away from the residential buildings was being blown up.
Besides being close to residential buildings, the blasted building is also adjacent to the Research Institute of Cardiology and the Mikaelyan Institute of Surgery.
