Bitcoin surpasses $97,000, reaching record high
The price of Bitcoin has surpassed $97,000, hitting an all-time high. According to Coindesk, as of 8:00 a.m., the cryptocurrency has risen by 5.66%, standing at $97,500.
Bitcoin’s recent surge began on Nov. 5, following former President Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. presidential elections.
Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has predicted a “golden age” for cryptocurrencies once Trump returns to the White House.
