Prisoners return from Baku

Gevorg Sujyan, Davit Davtyan, Vigen Euljekchyan, and Vagif Khachatryan were transferred a short time ago from Azerbaijani authorities to representatives of the Republic of Armenia at the Hakari Bridge and are now on Armenian territory, Nikol Pashinyan writes.
