Was Nikol Pashinyan right and Arayik Harutyunyan wrong?
About five months ago, a five-party meeting between the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, France and Germany was to be held in Granada. The EU president was also going to attend the meeting, but the day before his departure to Granada, the Azerbaijani leader announced that he would not participate in the meeting.
Instead, the Armenian side was present at the meeting. After his return, the authorities began to claim that they had not reached any agreement regarding border delimitation.
