People die in floods in Valencia
In Valencia, Spain, people died in heavy rains and the resulting floods, the BBC writes.
Carlos Mazón, president of the Valencian Community, told reporters that bodies were found, but did not specify the number.
According to him, the authorities cannot provide more detailed information until they inform the relatives of the victims.
Torrential rains also fell in the east and south of Spain. As a result, many regions were flooded, rail and air communication was also disrupted.
