Passenger plane crashes in South Sudan

A small passenger plane has crashed in South Sudan, resulting in the deaths of 18 people, Radio Miraya, affiliated with the U.N. mission in the country, states.

As reported, the plane, carrying 21 passengers and crew members, crashed during a flight near the Unity oil field.

Among the deceased are two pilots. No information has been provided regarding the causes of the accident.
