Passenger plane collides with military helicopter over Washington

A passenger plane has collided with a military helicopter over Washington, near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The plane fell into the river.

There were 60 passengers and four crew members on board the plane, while the helicopter was carrying three soldiers. Rescuers have found and hospitalized at least four survivors.

According to CNN, the Black Hawk military helicopter was part of the U.S. Army’s Ground Forces and was conducting a training flight at the time of the collision.
