Plane carrying US state secretary forced to return to Washington

A plane carrying the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio to Munich was forced to return to Washington.

According to Reuters, the reason for the return was a mechanical malfunction.

Rubio was traveling to Munich to attend the Munich Security Conference.
