Israel has paid a terrible price for aggression against Iran, says Pezeshkian

Israel failed to achieve its goals and paid a terrible price for its aggression against Iran, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said.

“The enemy was unable to achieve its objectives to destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities, disrupt nuclear research, and incite unrest,” reads the text issued by Iran’s presidential press service.

According to Pezeshkian, the scale of destruction caused by Iran’s armed forces in response to Israel’s attacks has shown the world that the cost of such reckless actions against a country as large as Iran is terrifying.

He also noted that Israel is hiding the true extent of the destruction.
