Trump’s anti-rating hits new record

The disapproval rating of U.S. President Donald Trump has reached a new high, according to a poll conducted by YouGov/Economist and published by The Hill newspaper. The survey results show that 55% of respondents disapprove of Trump’s policies, while 41% approve of his approach.

At the same time, just a few weeks ago, these figures were 53% disapproval and 42% approval. The decline in the president’s approval rating is primarily attributed to the already minimal support among Democratic voters and those who do not favor any political party.

On June 14—the birthday of Donald Trump—hundreds of people gathered in downtown Washington to demand his resignation. The protesters, accompanied by police, marched along the city’s main streets toward the White House.
