Turkey and Azerbaijan sign memorandum to strengthen military cooperation

Turkish National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler and Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov met օn the margins of the IDEF 2025 International Defense Industry Exhibition held in Istanbul․

Also participating in the meeting was Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense Industry, Vugar Mustafayev.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for development of bilateral cooperation in the security sector.

Following the negotiations, a memorandum of understanding was signed to strengthen military cooperation, aiming to develop bilateral collaboration in the defense field.
