Erdoğan says serious threats face our region

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has said “we are all witnessing the serious threats facing the world and our region.”

Erdoğan made the statement during a speech at a parliamentary session of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) caucus.

“On the horizon, a new and highly aggressive competition for energy resources is emerging. The Western world is gradually losing the arguments it has used for years to threaten other countries,” he added.
