At 7:38 p.m. on June 14, the National Center for Crisis Management was informed that the Iranian citizens had climbed Mount Aragats and were not coming into contact.
One combat unit and an operational group from the rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived at the scene.
The rescuers found 13 Iranian citizens on the road leading to the western peak of Mount Aragats. Afterward, they were accompanied to Lake Kari and taken by cars to Byurakan village.
