Earthquake occurs on Turkish-Syrian border

An earthquake, measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale, occurred on the Turkish-Syrian border near Hatay Province. Underground tremors were also registered in Syria’s Hama Governorate, bordering Turkey.

The epicenter was located 103 kilometers from Yayladagi District. The earthquake happened at a depth of 19 kilometers.
