Moscow is considering the possibility of a meeting between
\nthe foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan within the CIS summit in
\nBishkek on Oct. 12, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated.

“The dialogue between Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan on the
\nArmenian-Azerbaijani conflict has never ended. We hope that such contacts will
\ncontinue. Now, we are considering the possibility of such a dialogue in
\nBishkek,” the high-ranking official said.

He noted that the Azerbaijani side has already given its
\nconsent, and they hope that the Armenian side will agree to attend the talks as
\nwell. <\/p>\n
