According to ANCA, the U.S. lawmakers proposed four concrete
\nways through which the U.S. can deter Azerbaijani aggression, namely, through
\nimposing sanctions on Azerbaijan, enforcing Section 907 of the FREEDOM Support
\nAct, thus stopping military aid to Azerbaijan, providing security assistance to
\nArmenia and sending international monitors and peacekeepers to Armenia to avert
\nan Azerbaijani invasion.
