The meeting scheduled for Oct. 5 in Granada has been
\ncanceled. Aliyev has put forward new demands. This time, it was the agreement
\npresented by France that displeased the enemy. Under the agreement, France is
\nready to provide Armenia with weapons. Moreover, Aliyev wants to make Turkey a
\nnegotiating party.<\/p>\n
