In a meeting with Vladimir Bulavin, chairman of Russia’s Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan noted that the time has come to remove elements of misunderstanding from bilateral relations.
\n“We are interested in the development of relations in an allied way. We are sure that inter-parliamentary cooperation should significantly contribute to this process,” Bulavin said.<\/p>\n
During the conversation, the parties noted that problems have arisen in a number of aspects of Russian-Armenian cooperation, which require additional discussion.
