The Rossotrudnichestvo office in Armenia has set up a
\nspecial center in Yerevan. The center will coordinate the activities of various
\ninitiatives aimed at providing assistance to the Armenians from Artsakh; the
\nscope and area of humanitarian aid are being determined. The Ministry of
\nForeign Affairs of Russia made a statement on this.

“Based on the humanitarian needs defined at the Oct. 2 press
\nbriefing of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are determining the scope
\nand area of the humanitarian assistance. Such activities are mainly aimed at
\nmeeting essential needs. The Rossotrudnichestvo office in Armenia has set up a
\nspecial center in Yerevan to coordinate efforts,” reads the statement.
